Are the extensions re-usable? ‍

Yes! All the colourful extensions will be attached to a hair band, this means they can be reused again and again

What if a happens if a child has nits or lice? ‍ ‍

Due to hygiene reasons the service must be stopped on that child, to avoid disappointment please ensure all children are lice and nit free

How should the extensions be cared for after the celebration ends?

To ensure you get the most out of your extensions following the celebration, here are a few tips. Try to avoid water and excess product usage, when detangling ensure you hold the hair for security and not just the hair band, store in a zip lock back and avoid excessive heat.

Do you do events other than children’s parties?‍

Absolutely! Hens? Festival themed parties? Send me an email with the details!

How long will it take to do all the children’s hair? ‍

This will depend on how many children there are but generally around 2 hours for smaller parties and up to 4 hours for larger parties

How does payment work?‍

If your requested time and date is available an email and invoice will be sent through with details. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made within 48 hours to secure the booking, if payment is not made the date and time will be back open to the public. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the event with an email reminder, alternatively full payment can be made at the time of securing the booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.

If payment is made in full at time of booking, cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund, the remaining 50% in non-refundable.

If Perth Party Braids are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be provided
